For those who can't download using torrent. you can use this trick instead.
1st click the Download Torrent link given. right click the download link and click copy link adress.
2nd. go to http://torrific.com/ and register an account.
3rd. paste the download link address to the torrific website. and wait for it to process your download link (processing could takes time, so please be patient)
Then, after the site processed your download link, you can know your torrent has been completely processed by seeing the status of your link given at the homepage
Lastly, you can simply download it.
